Yes. I know. Electronics in bed suck, but so so often I cannot fall asleep and then I dial down the screen light and read news, facebook, instagram and what not under my covers. I swear. It is a bad habit and I am actually determined to quit.
I don't actually think it is so bad when I wake up and it's just too early to get up. But I recently started doing it after my partner goes to sleep. I lay there awake and I just hide under the covers and start reading because obviously I don't want to wake him. I decided last night that I need to change that asap. So basically, even if he's alseep, I will just keep the light on and read my book until my eyes get too tired. This technology bullshit needs to stop.
