I have a feeling I will be very sore tomorrow. I mean. Four sets! Three sounds a lot better.
ha. I know. I am lazy! I am also an extreme creature of habit, so trying a new workout routine, which conventional wisdom tells us is the right thing to do anyway, muscle confusion and all, is hard. Particularly with new moves when you feel like a dork!
There are 4 workouts in this series. This is #3 and while I had decided to not go to the gym tomorrow, I might as well get #4 in.
The workouts are through Nia Shanks website....I am not super result driven in this to be honest. I just want to get off my lazy ass and break a sweat.
